We understand that there may come a time where you need to return a purchase from us and we want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.

We have a range of ways you can return an item. In-store purchased items can be returned in store, while items purchased online can only be returned by contacting us with return application here. Alternatively, you can exchange your item, or have it repaired in accordance with the terms below.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, you must also return all parts of your purchase including the massage gun, all massage heads, charger, instruction manual, travel case and original box. You’ll also need to provide your proof of purchase, this could either be a warranty card, a receipt or bank statement or your online invoice.

Please note you will be fully responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item and the package must be sealed with tracking provided, this shipping cost is non-refundable.

Consumer Guarantees

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to:

  • cancel your service contract with us; and
  • a refund for the unused portion or compensation for its reduced value.

You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.
If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund for any unused portion.

 

WARRANTY

All our products include an twelve to thirty-six month replacement warranty, this exclusively covers manufacturing faults and will not be inclusive of any customer induced faults. 
  • The warranty will be void in the case of any cosmetic or physical damage.
  • The warranty will be void in the case of any opening and tampering of sealed hardware or components as well as user error in operating the product not accordingly to the user manual.
  • The warranty will be void in the case of any water damages to the device by the user.
  • The warranty will be void in the case of any missing product components.

Change of Mind Returns – 30 Days

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, BOOSTER will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:

You return the item within 30 days of purchase

  • You return the item within 30 days of purchase
  • You produce a satisfactory proof of purchase (being your original register receipt or online proof of purchase, such as a tax invoice)
  • The item is in re-saleable condition, including its original packaging, is unused and as sold. Any wear and tear on the product during your possession will deemed the product not eligible for change of minds policy.
  • Please noted that for MASSAGE GUN, there will be a 10-15% admin fees charges for change of mind to cover the cost of health and hygiene protocol as well as COVID preventation procedure.

. A government issued form of identification must be presented at the time of the return in order to confirm your identity. Personal information collected from you at the time of the return will only be used for the purpose of verifying and processing the return. We will record your name, postal address, phone number and email address. These details are collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Collection Statement.

If you are unable to provide a satisfactory proof of purchase, BOOSTER may, at its absolute discretion refused your return and refunds claims due to product not sold directly by us. For an example: Product was brought off from Facebook Marketplace, a third party reseller at Ebay/Amazon that are not directly by us or our associate.

Unless Australian Consumer Law applies, please note change of mind returns are not available for the following purchases:

  • Gift cards
  • Special orders (Such as order claim under NDIS)
  • Customized products (Logo, Slogan, Color, Quote)

Faulty Goods Returns

If you believe you have purchased a faulty product, you must provide proof of purchase to receive a refund or replacement product.

Proof of purchase may be your original register receipt or invoice, warranty card, credit card statement or any other form of evidence.

BOOSTER may have the faulty product assessed by a third-party certified repair agent to determine the nature and cause of the fault this process may take around 2-4 businesses day. BOOSTER reserves the right to decline an exchange, refund or repair where any product fault is caused by misuse or neglect by user.

How to return your BOOSTER purchase

Refunds can only be paid in the same tender as the original purchase or refunded to the account used to pay for the item in the case of a 30-day business account holder upon sufficient identity validation.

Where a credit card attached to an original purchase cannot be produced, the refund will be processed to an BOOSTER Gift Card.

 

Afterpay

Where the original purchase was made using Afterpay, you may return the purchase by getting in touch with us via our Contact Us page.

Refunds will be processed to Afterpay only, and not to credit card, cash or gift card.

Once your order has been returned to us and receipted at our Customer Fulfilment Centre, we will send notification to Afterpay of your return.

PayPal

Where the original purchase was made via PayPal, you may return the purchase by getting in touch with us via our Contact Us page.

Refunds will be processed to PayPal only, and not to credit card, cash or gift card.

Once your order has been returned to us and receipted at our Customer Fulfilment Centre, we will send notification to PayPal of your return.

Step 2. Download and print label

If your application is approved, you will receive an email with instruction to return.

Step 3. Delivery the goods back to us

Ensure that your goods are securely packaged along with it’s original carry case or packaging.

Step 4. Inspection for refunds or exchange

Once is your item is received at our warehouse after our certified repairers inspected and approved. You will receive a refund or exchange.

Personal information collected from you at the time of the return will only be used for the purpose of verifying and processing the return. All information are only held for 7 days and will be erase by the system after the period.
