The product comes with 3 years of warranty for the bodywork and 1 year of warranty on all PU material. If anythings goes wrong, we will ship replacement part for replacing or arrange for a repair.
Depend on seasonality and the extend of your customization. As all of our workstation are made only when there’s an order. It will usually take around 2 weeks for the job to be completed. On peak season, it might take up to 4 weeks to be completed.
While shipping varies from location. We provide free sea cargo delivery worldwide, it takes around 28 business day for the workstation to arrived. While expedited shipping can be paid for extra and be delivered by Air Cargo such as DHL Express, UPS, FEDEX. It take arounds 10 business day to arrived but are subjected to the availability of flight due to COVID and seasonal peak period.
We will try to delivered the workstation pre-assembled. So we could save as much trouble for you to assemble it yourself. However, for some occasion where you might had entry point which wasn’t accessible for us to delivered assembled product(Such as door width is less than 80cm or too tight for us to delivered it).
Please advise us beforehand so we could arrange the product to be split into several boxes to ensure it could be delivered into your premises sound and safe. Although you might need to get your hands on to assembled them back, we will provide manual and instruction (written, visual and verbally) for your guidance.
Didn’t enjoy it on your first 30 days after received it?
No worries! You can easily ship it back to our warehouse by returning it back to its wooden crate. However, return shipping had to be paid by you due to the size and weight of the product. Any return pass 30 days will also be calculated on a depreciation basis for the reduced value of the product.
All returned product are subjected to an condition inspection by our technician and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if product is damaged due to negligence and purposely damage.
For customized product such as Logo, Slogan, Name. We are unable to honor the refund due to personalized customization that makes the product unable to be put on resale. Please be aware that any heavy customization will affect your return policy.
Furniture and other office equipment that you purchase to facilitate working from home are claimable on your income tax return. If the item is up to $300, this is super easy as you can claim the full cost of the item. However, if the item is greater than $300, you will need to claim a deduction for the decline in value of the item (a.k.a depreciation), which you can read more about here.
